Learn how to use an upgraded grid system to create realistic paintings from your photographs. Find your 3 favorite photos on your phone and print them as 8X10’s. Bring these THREE 8x10 photos to class. Bring your phone too. Don’t worry, Linda will provide photos for you to select from also. We will choose the “best” photo so that you will leave the class with a 9x12 acrylic painting on canvas. Linda will provide tips and techniques for creating the grid and transferring your image to canvas. During this fun, low-stress class, Linda will discuss/teach color mixing, values, composition, edges, shadows, and other basic elements of art.
